“Forever Young” - a training course/seminar combining the
topics of dialogue of generations and life-long learning among the youth workers.
It took place in North-East of the European Union in Daugavpils,
Latvia in mid January 2020 (incl. travel days). It brought together 32 participants
from Austria, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sweden,
Turkey.
The project aimed to create a favorable atmosphere for
bringing together young, as well as more mature youth workers for inspiring and
learning among the generations for a more balanced - experienced, professional
and modern – work with youngpeople with fewer opportunities.
The methods were discussions, story-telling, case-studies,
workshops, method exchanges, idea brainstorms and other
non-formal education methods, including various inspiring study-visits.

Non-formal Education tool swere created and shared in on Salto tool-box;
- 6 new
project ideas were created;
- Further partnerships were discussed and
cooperation agreements made;
- Other,
not involved partners, got interested in "Forever Young" approach and
asked for new project editions for their partners.
